This is yet another one done on hard board in oil. Attempting another style like the trotting deer couple with thick paints. In both the attempts I could not get the result which I had imagined. Must keep trying I guess

Pelicans

Pelicans. The mixed media drawing is akin to the little bird of ‘song of joy’ posted a few days back. Same technique is adapted. Part of the painting’s reference if I remember right was a news paper clipping. The final result was very pleasing to me, I must say.

Unsaved ‘Save me poster’

This is A-3 size water color poster of animals  and birds under the caption of “Save Us”. It was painted almost two decades ago. The sad ironical part is that I failed to save the poster! It is really painful to see it in taters. I am sure that the viewers will agree with me.

Flight The flight of the ducks was painted with poster color on normal card sheet. I just wanted to change the concept that foliage means green.
